TAMWORTH CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON

Throw back to last Saturday at the Tamworth Christmas Lights Switch On…

A fabulous event which had plenty of entertainment for families and saw our team engage with 1000s of local residents.

We had PCs, PCSOs, Special Constables and cadets from both Lichfield & Tamworth in attendance. The cadets were an essential part of our set up and did an amazing job of turning children's fingerprints in to badges and letting them try on Police uniform.

In addition to this, they signed up over 70 people to our FREE digital messaging Smart Alert.

We also had officers in hi-vis and plain clothes patrolling both the Town Centre and Ventura Retail Park. These patrols will continue over the festive period.
